National Institute of Health Survey- Are you a mother of a 4-5 year old? If so you may be able to participate in the Mothers' Thoughts About what their Kids Eat (TAKE) study. Participants will receive a $100 stipend upon completion. It is located at the metro accessible National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD. Your child will NOT need to participate.
